Prof. M.A. Naqvi is an internationally acclaimed management teacher, trainer and life coach. Holding post-graduate qualifications in Business management, Economics, Mass -Communication & Journalism, History and culture plus a degree in Law, he has been involved in providing business, entrepreneurial and communication solutions to corporate and students in different parts of the world and has more than two decades of experience in the field of management education, research and training. In the field of entrepreneurship, he was instrumental in implementing all over U.P., a One-year course in Small Industries Management for U.P. Trade Promotion Authority, Directorate of Industries. As a faculty, he has not been only teaching M. Phil/MBA/BBA/MAMC/MCA/ B.Tech./BCA students but also pass outs of Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI), New Delhi. He has conducted doctorial research on tourism management as well.

Apart from active involvement in teaching subjects like marketing management, Business Communication, international business management, strategic management, marketing research, organizational behavior, prof. Naqvi has also conducted over 175 EDPs /MDPs for Small Industries service institute, government of India, National Small Industries corporation, Maharana Pratap engineering college, STEP-HBTI, M.G. Kashi University, VBS Purvanchal university, Jaunpur, National productivity Council, Kanpur Chapter.

He is a profile writer and contributed regularly to leading newspapers i.e. Hindustan times, dainik jagran, AAJ, Amar Ujala, Swatantra Bharat, Northern India Patrika, Amrita Prabhat, he has also been a regular broadcaster of All India radio. Prof. Naqvi has also authored a book titled "A clinical Approach to Advertising Management' and served as media adviser to Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Govt. of Japan. He is also recipient of Tourism Planning Award for the year 1996 from U.P. Hotel and Restaurant Association (UPHRA) .He is also on the editorial board of 'Ahead' magazine and 'Contemporary Academician' India's only journal on higher education. Prof Naqvi is also Resident Editor leading magazine on Public relations publish from Kolkata under the title of PR-Age. He has also been nominated as honorary member of the advisory committee of Central Board for workers' education, government of India. He is a widely traveled man and has visited and delivered lectures on Indian style of Management in Latin America, Europe and south East Asia on invitation. Prof. Naqvi is known for introducing certain best practices in the field of management education. His work on Rural Development has earned him national acclaim and IIT Kanpur has regularly been appreciating his on going efforts to take the benefit management in remote part of India. The Hon'ble Minister of Employment, Government of Uttar Pradesh Mr. Radhey Shyam, felicitated him for his contribution to the field of management education on Sept 5, 1999. Prof Naqvi also has to his credit scores of research papers and articles; in international and national journals. He is the only management expert and life coach of Uttar Pradesh who has trained over 20000 persons so far.
