Involved in successful implementation of sick company and one of the biggest OTS payment of over Rs. 500 Crores of Banks & Fis. Have travelled extensively in different parts of the world. Have attended several Management conferences in India & Abroad.

Have been associated with leading Merchant Bankers/Consultants like Meril Lynch, Emst & Young, and Price Water House Coopers.

Have successfully raised term loans working capital facilities aggregating Rs. 700 crores.

Handled maiden Public Issue of Company to mobilize Rs. 300 crores at premium of Rs. 275 crores.
